In the following, we provide you with information about how we process your personal data. Personal data is all information that can be related to you. This is information about your identity, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. To use our website, it is not necessary to provide us with personal data. However, if you wish to use the services we offer, it may be necessary to provide personal data. We process this data exclusively for specific purposes. You will find information about our data processing in the following provisions.
Web server log files
When you visit our website, we collect the following data, which your browser sends to our web server in called log files.
• IP address
• Date and time of the request
• Content of the request (URL for the page)
• Access status / HTTP status code
• Amount of data transferred
• Referring website (referrer)

This data is processed in accordance with point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is in processing this data to allow us to display our website to you in full and ensuring the stability and security of the website. In addition, this data is also used to optimise our content and advertising and to provide law enforcement authorities with the information required in the event of an attack on our systems. We do not use this data to identify you. We also store the data in the log files separately from other personal data.
Contact
You can contact us by e-mail or using the forms on our website. To respond to your request, we need at least your e-mail address, which is why it is marked as mandatory. Our processing of the data you provide is based on your consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR. In addition, the data is processed in accordance with point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is in allowing us to offer you this form of communication in order to respond to your requests. If you do not provide us with the data marked as mandatory, we will not be able to process your request.
Storage
The data you provide using forms remains with us until you request us to erase it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. This may be the case, for example, after your request has been processed. Where there are statutory provisions in place, in particular retention obligations, they remain unaffected.
Security
We have taken technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. All of our employees and all third parties involved in data processing are obliged to treat personal data confidentially. Our security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments.
Encryption
When personal data is collected and processed, the information is sent in encrypted form to prevent any potential misuse of the data by third parties. When communicating with us, we use SSL/TLS encryption protocols to protect your data from access by unauthorised third parties. You can recognise an encrypted connection from the https displayed in your browser’s address bar, which may also show a lock symbol.
Rights
Access
You have the right at any time and free of charge to obtain information as to whether and which personal data concerning you we process. In this case, we are required to provide information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipient to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the envisaged period for which the data will be stored or the criteria used to determine that period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the source of your data if it was not collected by us, the existence of automated decision-making, as well as your right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 where your data is transferred to third countries.
Rectification
If you exercise your right to rectification, we are required to rectify or complete any inaccurate data concerning you without delay.
Erasure
You can request that we erase your personal data. However, we are not obliged to erase your data if the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. To ensure that data can be blocked at any time, this data must be kept in a blocking file for control purposes. You can also request the erasure of this data, provided there is no legal obligation to archive it. We will block your data on request in accordance with our obligations.
Restriction
You have the right to request that we restrict data processing if you contest the accuracy of the personal data and for as long as we need for verification. We are also required to restrict processing if it is unlawful and you refuse to erase it, if we no longer need the data for the stated purpose but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or if you have lodged an objection and it has not yet been determined whether we are entitled to continue processing on the basis of overriding legitimate grounds.
Data portability
You can request that we provide you with the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can also request that we transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided that you have given us your consent for the processing, the data processing is based on a contract or the processing is carried out by automated means.
Revocation
If you have given us your consent to process your data pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) or point (a) of Article 9(2) GDPR, you can revoke it at any time. You do not have to provide us with grounds for the revocation. The revocation does not have to be in writing. If you revoke your consent, the revocation applies only to the future. If we have processed data on the basis of consent before receiving the revocation, the revocation has no effect on this processing.
Complaint
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority concerning the processing of your personal data by us.
Objection
If we base the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests pursuant to point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, you can object to the processing. This is the case in particular if the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which we will explain in each case in connection with the data processing. If you exercise the right to this form of objection, we will ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we do. In the event that your objection is justified, we will review the situation and either discontinue or adapt the data processing or explain to you the compelling legitimate grounds that constitute the basis on which we will continue the processing. You can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs at the basic rates.
Changes
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to ensure that it always complies with current legal requirements, or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, for example when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply when you next visit.
